Returns

We’re here to help you, the customer. It’s easy to reach us, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you might have.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days and as long as it is in resalable condition, we will refund or exchange your item.  Please note the following:

  • The item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable condition.
  • We will issue a credit to the card used at time of purchase for the original purchase price. We will refund the purchase amount minus any shipping costs. All accepted exchanges will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • If we are not able to accept your Return / Exchange, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • We are not responsible for Returns / Exchanges that may be lost in transit. In the case that complications occur, we apologize in advance.

We want our customers to be happy with our products. We will accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after purchase for any reason other than the case was damaged by you. The item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable condition. Simply, email our customer service team at info@barkaccessories.com and let them know you would like to exchange/return your item.

Since all of our products are made of wood they can sometimes have natural defects and may not fit properly. In this case, we will gladly send you a new one at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order once its been placed?

No problem. If your order hasn’t already shipped, we can easily assist you with changing or cancelling. Please email info@barkaccessories.com and they’ll be willing and able to help you out.

If your order has already been shipped out, we can cancel it through the parcel service, however, you must pay the cost of shipping. Once we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.

If you want to cancel your order and you have already received it, you must pay the cost of shipping to have your order sent back to our warehouse. Once we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.
